Terms and conditions

The card is issued by Edenred Payment Solutions, an authorized electronic money institution, acting on behalf of Injoye - Payshift SAS, a company registered in France. It is distributed as part of a third-party payment solution for veterinary expenses, in partnership with an animal health insurer.

The prepaid card allows payments to be made in France exclusively, within the limits of available funds. The amount loaded on the card corresponds exclusively to the coverage defined by the insured person's insurance formula, in accordance with the annual guarantee limits and, where applicable, the specific conditions of the contract (e.g. prevention). It cannot be used for transactions abroad or for cash withdrawals. The Payshift prepaid card can be added to compatible e-wallets (e.g. Apple Wallet). Apple Pay and Apple are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.

The holder undertakes to use the card in accordance with the law and these conditions. In the event of loss, theft or fraudulent use, the holder must immediately file an objection via the Payshift application or customer service.

No management, activation or inactivity fees are charged to the bearer. The usage limits are defined in the insured person's insurance contract. In the event of voluntary card replacement, fees may apply according to the terms and conditions specified in the insurer's application.

The card is valid until the expiration date indicated on the support or in the application. It can be cancelled at any time by the holder or the issuer. The use of the card is strictly linked to the active subscription of the insured person with the partner insurer. In the event of cancellation of the insurance contract, or in the event of non-payment, the card is automatically suspended and the benefits associated with the third party payer become inaccessible.

Any abusive, fraudulent use or use contrary to the purpose of the card (in particular for non-veterinary purchases) will result in the immediate cancellation of the card and the possible return of funds to the insurer, without prejudice to legal proceedings.

These conditions may be modified at any time by Payshift, subject to 30 days' notice notified to the bearer by email or via the application. Any use of the card after this period will constitute acceptance of the new conditions.

Users' personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available at: www.payshift.io/privacy-policy. The data is used only for the management of the card program and the insurance contract.

Any dispute relating to the use of the card is subject to French law. The competent courts of Paris are solely competent to hear any dispute between the parties.
